Ok, so I realised i've been overdoing things between C25K and football, and my body finally let me know about it a couple of weeks ago when I got pain in my calf/Achilles area after a run!
So I've scaled down my activity a bit and given myself more time to rest. Managed to get out on Friday and did a disciplined W7R2! So back at it now and will take it slow and steady from here to complete the program! 🏃🏃🏃
