It's taken me three weeks to get back to running after a horrible virus. I was on w9 but today I managed 2 ten minute runs. Onwards and upwards. It feels good to be back.

I'm planning on gradually increasing my run times. Maybe try 15 minutes in a few days, then 20 and so on. Hopefully I'll be able to do w9 in the next few weeks.
