It was a tad warm 😅 but there was a breeze in places ... we ran it all 😃😃😃😅😅 running and trying to drink water is quite tricky I’ve discovered so I poured some down my back instead! We all ran it .. my three children and my niece (pictured)

Sounds amazing. I am doing the RFL Worcester 15th July, really looking forward to just being a part of it. I was lucky RFL let me change as I was going to do the Solihull one 2 weeks ago but that was when I ended up on IC. So glad you had a great day

You will love it the atmosphere is lovely and quite emotional I’m not really a weepy person but I had to wipe my eyes quite a few times before we started running seeing who everyone was doing the race for so when I was running there was no way I was going to stop. I hope you have a lovely day 😊

Well done! I have got mine tomorrow. Last time I did it (2011) my Dad was in remission but unfortunately he died in 2012. So running for him ❤️ it really does open your eyes when you see just how many people have been affected by cancer.
