W6 R3 Getting there!

I posted on here a couple of weeks ago, I’d gotten to week 6 run 3 and was finding it really hard, I was thinking I was never going to get beyond 20mins and even that was a struggle. After some most appreciated encouragement on here I carried on, or should I say plodded on. I decided to go back to the beginning of week 5 and took everyone’s advice and slowed down. I think something finally clicked and I found my pace that I need to maintain so I don’t get too tired too soon, sometimes it really is a slow plod but the important thing is that I don’t stop. Today I completed week 6 run 3 and I feel more than ready for week 7. So to anyone thinking of giving up, take your time, go back a few weeks if you need to, slow down but don’t stop!

Well done and great advice for those coming behind you. You will find even slower gears when you reach the last couple of weeks!
