Just got back from first run of W4. When I saw the amount of running on the app I was having doubts but, it’s amazing how the app gets you through it. The only thing that aches while running is the muscles in my backside, didn’t even know I had any.

Well done! The bum muscles will settle down eventually. Enjoy the next one.

I've also just completed w4 r1 on Thursday! I had been dreading it, but actually found that I did it fine. I'm totally amazed at how this program pulls you through! I'm 61 years old & 35lbs overweight & have barely run a step in my life. It's incredible that I now enjoy it & can't wait for tomorrow to do it again! Well done & hope the bum muscle improves! For me it's my left knee, but I usually find that it hurts as I start off but the ache eases off as I run. I found the warm down exercises really help.
