Had a complete 5 days off, only 2 runs last week... been so tired ๐ but woke up 5am today and went out on first outside run for weeks - had planned a route in my head and got round all of it - took me 28 mins and was knackered but proud I did it, a run is a run ๐โโ๏ธ... ๐๐ป omg running in morning soooo much better ๐

Hi, 5 days off is not that much of a wagon, my first outdoor run today for a few weeks, only 3.5km but that was the plan and not bad after being up for 23 hours yesterday and spending most of that on planes
