Had a complete 5 days off, only 2 runs last week... been so tired ๐Ÿ˜“ but woke up 5am today and went out on first outside run for weeks - had planned a route in my head and got round all of it - took me 28 mins and was knackered but proud I did it, a run is a run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ... ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป omg running in morning soooo much better ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi, 5 days off is not that much of a wagon, my first outdoor run today for a few weeks, only 3.5km but that was the plan and not bad after being up for 23 hours yesterday and spending most of that on planes

Agreed! Lack of sleep really does have an impact on your physical health and motivation, when Iโ€™m v busy at work its hard to fit stuff in ! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
