I woke up at 5.30 as I was going to go out before the heat came and do this run! After the previous gruelling 2 runs with intervals I wasnโt very optimistic about this one.
A cup of tea and an apple inside me I set off and boy did running in the cool(er) weather make a difference! The only slow down bit was when a couple of dogs on their morning run decided it was โbreak timeโ and stopped in my path lol.
When the time was up and Sarah told me I was now โOFFICIALLY A RUNNERโ I could feel myself beaming and nodding away with what she was saying. I bet the people in the cars driving past wondered what the hell I was listening to!
Iโm now sat in my garden in the morning sunshine with another brew feeling great!!! ๐คช๐ค๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Itโs an amazing feeling to be told at the end of W6r3 that your a โrunnerโ is hard to believe. Itโs only when in wk7 your running for 25 minutes and wk8 28 that you start to believe. Well done runner.
This is so true!! Iโve just done W7 R3 yesterday and I canโt help feeling a bit surreal because I originally struggled running 60 secs all those many weeks ago. Never thought Iโd have got this far.
