Have done two runs. One to come. So far so good. My route is a bit up and down. We live on top of a hill so there is no option to an uphill at some stage. I feel a bit slow and the hills are not easy but so far so good. On holiday next week but taking my running outfit with me.
Find the heat a bit difficult as well. Morning is best I think

I just did W1R3....and one part of my run is uphill....it literally takes it all out of me!!! So, you're doing great if you can take the ups and downs in your stride!!!
I'm surrounded by hills as well and have struggled on both runs (I'm on W1R2). I almost feel stationary as I'm going uphill, heart pounding, struggling to catch my breath.
I was considering finding a flat area to run, but like you, I may accept the 'hill challenge'.
