New shoes

W8 R2 Bought some proper running shoes today. They look absolutely ridiculous as I've got such big feet but what a difference! I did about an extra 0.5k in my 28 min run so 5k is now looking like a distinct possibly!

I think it is the law here that if you get new trainers you must include a photo 😊 I’m hopefully getting a new pair this weekend - stupidly excited about it 😂 . Out of interest did you break them in first before running in them?

No I didn't break them in, just went straight out and they are really comfy. I was just running in walking shoes before though.

Hi Annie. My husband and I just had a fitting for running shoes. I’m normally a 4 and they put me in a 6. When I look down I feel as if my feet are massive!
