I’m on my second run which I managed in 29degrees and I actually felt fine. I ran faster at 8km rather than 6km setting on my treadmills setting (not sure if it’s -1km less than it says).
This app has made my treadmill work finally and to see its NHS supported means a lot to me.
I’ve been a couch potato for too long and I used to be fit in my late 20’s - but kids and a much more busy work life means I’ve got less time for my mountain bike. I purchased a decent treadmill with decent running width (the type you don’t throw out for the scrap man after a few goes).
Hoping to hit 5k but maybe once I’m there I’ll start pressing the extra buttons on my treadmill 😂
