Omg, can’t believe I am writing this but I have just finished my W9R3 💪 It was hot and tough and I wanted I give up at so many points but I didn’t, I kept pushing. It certainly wasn’t my fastest run, but that doesn’t matter. So happy just now!

Thanks to all you lovely people who have given me help, support and advice over the past 9 weeks 😘

I’m really looking forward to continuing to run and getting ready for the 10K I signed up for on the 30th September 😱
