Just finished week 1 today, started running after not doing so for about 4 years and starting to feel incredibly unfit, really enjoying it so far and determined to keep it going.

Well done for starting and getting to the end of week one, hopefully your past experience will stand you in good stead for what lies ahead, and well done for posting on here, you will find it very supportive, encouraging and understanding with a little bit of good humoured banter as well

Well done! It’s fabulous fun - something I never thought I’d ever say about running! I’m starting W3 tomorrow and absolutely can’t wait to get out there!

This is a very encouraging and friendly forum and the people seem lovely! 😀🏃‍♀️❤️

I was dreading going out for my first run but came back feeling so good about it.

It’s good to have a forum of such supportive people who are doing the same thing. 🙂
