So far I've been surprised how fairly easy it's been. When I've tried running in the past I've overdone it too quickly and my knee usually gives out but following the plan seems to help. We'll see what happens when the running intervals get longer

Well done. Remember the focus is on completing each run, not how fast you are running. So as the runs extend, think of your knee and slow down before it starts flaring up. Enjoy the next one.
great job. I also just finished week 2 on friday. Will be doing my w3r1 on Monday. So good luck and go slow
