That. Felt. Incredible!
Before I started I really wasn’t sure I could manage it, but I did and I could’ve kept going ! I’ve also realised that I did my first full mile without stopping as well.
Trust the programme!

I’ve just completed this one too. Can’t believe I can now do 20mins non stop. Feels amazing doesn’t it? X
Couple of weeks ago I looked forward on the plan and saw that one - going from max 8 mins continuous to 20 mins - and was like ‘yeah right!’ I was really despondent after a very hard session where I’d done max 3 minute continuous running so 20 minutes seemed completely impossible ! So excited and joining parkrun next weekend!!!
Well done and keep it up, happy running!
Anyone who doesn't cry when they finish W5R3 is not a real human being. It's a brilliant brilliant achievement and a great feeling
To be honest I didn’t cry ... felt like it though!! Think I’m saving the tears for graduation !! Anyone passing me on that last cool down in week 9 is going to see a sobbing wreck! Lol!
Won't be too long now!! We keep a good stock of tissues on the podium along with the cake
Great work (so far) Kat, lovin' the attitude. I remember my W5R3, not that it was that long ago, about 5 weeks ago actually, it was great. Running (jogging) along for a full 20 minutes. It took a couple of hours at least to wipe the stupid grin off my face
Just a quick word of warning, W6R1 can be an odd one. You've just run continuously for 20 minutes, next week you go back to interval running and that threw a little spanner in the works . . . . for me at least.
