Canβt quite believe Iβve just ran for TWENTY FIVE minutes!!! π±π±π± Iβve been dreading this run all week, tried every excuse not to do it but managed to sort my head out and just went for it! Slowed right down and I dare say I even enjoyed it! Thank you so much for everyoneβs positive words last night they definitely did the trick!!!
Anyone else done this run tonight and celebrating with me?!! πββοΈπΎπ€ͺ

That's great, a big achievement for sure, you deserve to be proud of that one! I think you deserve a big glass of red wine (please feel free to change red wine for something else if you want!) and something yummy to eat too preferably with lots of calories!
Well done to you! I did this run early in the morning. Found the first 5 mins quite hard but then pushed on. I'd been dreading it all week but it wasn't as bad as I'd been expecting. Quite looking forward to week 7 now, starting Sunday βΊοΈβΊοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ.
Yay, well done π I did this run early this morning & like you was dreading it. I found it easier than the previous run which I did in the afternoon heat with more of an incline π
Ooh 6,3 you lovely thing! Yep done loved it. Thanks everyone good luck next week!!
Isn't it terrific? I can assure you it gets easier. I'm about to do my final run of week 9 today. I remember how tough 25 minutes was, but now I find 30 mins quite comfortable. Good on you!
Yea! I did my w6r3 on Friday morning, and am amazed that I didnβt stop! I am very lucky that my 9yo gets up at 5.50 to run with me. Well done, Carrie!
