...I think i'll go for a 10k walk."

No I haven't lost it. I am, however, keen to get to the 'secret ending' of Season 1 of Zombies,Run. Also, tomorrow is my weigh-day at Weight Watchers so I thought a walk outside in the sunshine and fresh air was a much better idea than following my instincts and slumping on the sofa, in my PJs, watching the season Reunion of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 10 (I'm a bit of a fan, you may have noticed)

Was I quick? No, I was walking as quickly as i could though. and it took me just over 2 hours which didn't bother me because I was enjoying the story.

Did I enjoy? Yes, though it was becoming a bit of a slog for the last 2k as my feet were starting to protest, considering I'd also done a full day at work before I set off, but it was still better than slumping on the sofa and doing absolutely nothing.

Am I going to do the 20k in one go? No. no. no I'm not. that is, sadly, going to have to be done in 'resume this mission' pieces.

I’ve downloaded RZR, but never used it, and I think I want to work through C25K first: would you advise waiting until graduation before starting?

I use Zombies,Run since graduation as a way to get me out and running. They have got a Zombies, Run 5k training. I would say do whatever feels right to you.
