I am not one for blogs or posting on forums however I’m feeling so good that I’ve actually completed w5r2 that I felt I needed to share. I am 21st 42yr old completely unfit so If I am managing to do these runs then anyone can do it. I will complete this c25k. If you are struggling just repeat a run until you feel ready. Slow and steady is the key!

Hi, well done you. I understand your need to share this achievement as I have just completed w5r3 and felt I had to write a post too 😂. I'm 62 and I'm not fast but I did start to enjoy my run as I went through the 15 minute mark. Once I had passed the 8 minute mark I was in unknown territory but determination and a bit of Scottish grit saw me through. Good luck with your next run and I hope it goes well for you.
