I’ve reached w9 r2 and other than muscle ache I’ve had no problem with sore joints, despite having a plastic right knee cap for over 40 years (I was 14 when it was replaced). Well that was until I tripped over a couple of days ago which I’m blaming on my flip flops. Ever since my left knee is painful 😣. I’m taking anti-inflammatories and paracetamol which is helping. I had scheduled my graduation run for Friday but not hopeful. I’m desperate to reach my goal and have plans to do a park run on Sunday - does anyone have any advice on how I might get my knee run fit by then?

Bloody flip flops! Keep taking the anti-inflammatories and ice it as well, approx. 3 times a day. I always have niggles somewhere and this seems to work for me.
