Hi and welcome. Don't worry about the next set of runs. C25K has been going a long time withs 000's of graduates. It works! Just take it slowly (pace wise) and you will be fine. Some interesting reading in the link below

Hello and welcome. Glad to have you along for the run. I think we all look ahead to what is in next week's schedule, but honestly if you just stay at a steady jogging pace (not sprinting or even running) you will be fine. Each run sets you up for the next one.

You are doing just great! Let us know how you are getting on. Good luck!!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

Learn to face the challenge without that dread.

What is the worst that can happen? If you do not complete a run then you simply repeat it. That is not a failure.

A positive attitude makes all the difference. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

You’ll be fine. It really is amazing how natural the stepping up from 1 minute and onwards. I have NEVER run as long as I have done in c25k and now I won’t look back.
