Couch to 5K has a 9 week programme each made up of 3 runs? So which week and number run you're on?

Been using an app called running for weight loss on App Store but I feel like it's moving a bit too quickly, I'm currently on week 2 run 3 and I'm struggling so thinking of changing it up.

Go for it! I really love couch to 5K because it's interval running in the beginning. Really helps build fitness in a way that isn't too hardcore and the runs asked of you are doable if you follow the program step by step. Would absolutely recommend. 😊

Well I went for a run today and going for another Saturday morning so think I'm going to switch it up then and see how it goes. Thank you! :)
