Well I’ve done R2 today. Wasn’t due till tomorrow but I was in such a bad mood this morning and got such a lot on my mind this week I just felt I needed to get out. So I thought I’d take it out on R2!!! 😂 it went well. It was cool again and I just felt so much better after. It really did release the “happy hormones” why does it make you feel better? What’s in these hormone things? Can we bottle it?!?! 😂 happy trotting all x
