Today I ran for 20mins that is W5R3, the last 5-6 mins was hard but Iโm proud I done it with out stopping! I ran 2.75km according to my Fitbit. Seems like a long way off to be running 5k but I will get there. Xx

Well done. That is a respectable distance for 20 mins. 95% donโt reach 5k within the 9 weeks so worry about the duration and not the distance!

You are on target to be over 4k when you graduate. My graduation run was well under 3.5k. After two and a half weeks of consolidation Iโm still not reaching 4k. You are doing well ๐
Aww thanks so much thatโs really gave me a boost. I wasnโt really concentrating on distance but today I thought I just see how far I got in 20 mins. Will keep a track now at the end of each week see how I improve. Sounds like your doing fab also tho, your still doing it. Good look to reaching 5k I will keep a look out for your results ๐ x
