Week 4 completed, so happy to be progressing so well. My daughter didn’t complete all the runs spent time walking then having to use her energy to run quick to catch up with me at my snail pace.
So after the pains in my hands I was a lot more conscious this run of how I’m holding my upper body. I definitely tense up quite a lot and had to shake my shoulders, arms and hands a few times. I also had my daughter telling me to shake my hands as the look tense, so hopefully I will have less pains now.
Is anyone else hungrier now they are running? I have breakfast then by mid morning I’m really hungry again and then by lunch time as well.

I have recently noticed I had pain in my wrists but never linked it to running until I just read you post. Will be more conscious of relaxing them on my next run.
