Ahhhhh when you plan a point to point route that finishes at the parents’ house and a roast dinner waiting for you when you collapse in the front door....! Perfect!
Shins were painful tonight again (see my W1R2 post), BUT not as much as they were... think just slowing down a bit definitely helped. In fact, it actually felt that it would’ve been easier to keep running through the walking segment, as the walking seemed harder...!! 🤔
Still, positive run this time, happy with the achievements of W1 as a whole and a definite vigour to commence W2 on Tuesday... think that week may see me starting to enjoy myself! 😂
