That’s what I said too. Now I’ve only got One run left until I graduate the program. Don’t go too fast. Smile every mile. Don’t put pressure on yourself. Most importantly have fun. 🍀
ahem. I don't know how much you like yoga, but ... I've been doing yoga for years (and still am) and love it and LOVE my teacher but ... I have started to find running makes a bigger difference to my mood *runs away* (my yoga teacher and several of my class are runners too!). Either way - stick around and let us know how *you* find it
