Osteoarthritis decided then to stop my running after week 1. Damn it 😤
Left knee swollen and stiff from inside the joint and feels twitching “backwards” a bit when walking so better let it calm down and continue with just my power walks and HIIT training. I feel gutted but what can I do, already took my chances with this, ah well onwards and upwards it is. At least I can still walk.

Oh no! At least as you say you can still walk. Did you go back to a doc? It might not be forever, but best to be on the safe side. And you do have other exercise. Hope it all works out!
