I always find that a foam roller and a good stretch helps

Well done you... if you are feeling it... as you may well do for these first few runs...make sure you are warming up well and that you stretch after each and every run
Also..keep it slow and steady.. too much speed is a mistake, even at this early stage Relax and enjoy all the runs as they follow on.
