Did my W1R1 last night and it was easier than I though but really feel it at the top of my leg today....any tips......W1R2 planned for tomorrow

I always find that a foam roller and a good stretch helps

Well done you... if you are feeling it... as you may well do for these first few runs...make sure you are warming up well and that you stretch after each and every run:)

Also..keep it slow and steady.. too much speed is a mistake, even at this early stage:) Relax and enjoy all the runs as they follow on.
