Well that was a real struggle and I feel quite deflated!
Due to work commitments I have gone 5 days between runs and am wondering if that was the problem.
Psychologically it really was a battle but knew how disappointed in myself I’d be if I had given up, so battle on I did despite my calf’s screaming at me to stop!
I have to remind myself just how far I’ve come, and that I actually still ran for 28mins!!
So onward and upward. I look forward to Monday’s run when I prove to myself I’ve got this! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done you- I did wk 8 run 1 yesterday evening - I have no idea how I am getting through this other than to say ‘this is only half an hour’ and will be done soon- where is that runners high?

You've definitely got this! Sounds like it was change in the routine that's been the issue, but these things can't be avoided. Onwards & upwards 🏃🏼♀️⭐️
