Postgrad Freestyle

I’ve just got back from my first postgrad run. I originally planned to keep repeating week 9 for a few runs, but had a change of heart and thought I’d have a go at running freestyle. I set off with only mapmyrun for accompaniment and ended up doing a quicker than ever 25 mins/3K. I enjoyed being able to just go, not wondering when Jo would be chiming in with her timings, and being able to turn back when I felt like it.

I think my plan from now on is to do a slow 30 mins on a Monday, a slightly longer but slow building up to 5K on Thursday and a quicker but shorter run on a Saturday.

It’s great to just run wherever your legs take you isn’t it? Well done on today’s consolidation run 👍👏
