I didn’t think I’d struggle to find time for the less than 30min runs in this first week but, after completing the first two over three days, it took me another 4 to do the last one. I did it though, and am proud of myself for that, but it has made me aware that there is a difference between finding time and making time and I need to work on making time if I’m going to be successful with this.

Running will slowly rise to the top of your priority list.
Enjoy your journey.
Well done. I was the same until I settled in to set days and times. I ended up getting up earlier so I could run.
By the time you reach W4 I bet you are chomping at the bit for the next run!
So, how do you make the time? I have just downloaded the app and looked at the (meagre!) Instructions, and can't see how I'm going to find these 49 minute slots 3 days per week. I can make one of the days a weekend day, but the other two will have to be work days, and I can't see how fit in 40 mins on a work day, with the constraints on leaving a big gap after eating. I'm lucky if I get home by 7.30pm, so by the time I've cooked and eaten dinner and then rested for the requisite 2 hours, it'll be bed time!
I surprised myself and everyone who knows me by starting to get up before 6am for some runs. Would you consider heading out as soon as you get home and then doing dinner when you get back? I prepped my dinner the other day, then went for my run, then cooked it and ate on return and v satisfying it was too
But it's a common concern, especially if you have kids and/or work long or variable hours. You never know how you might be able to manage! Good luck!
