I’ve just completed week one. I’ve never been into running i never thought I had the stamina (only time will tell). On rest days I tend to walk around 5k at a fast pace do you think I’m doing too much and should just concentrate on the running.

Well done. No, I think you are doing great. Exercise of a low impact nature is great on your rest days.

Keep up the good work. 👍😁

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

The guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Any non impact exercise on rest days is beneficial. Ease back or have an extra rest day if you find it too much. You are in control.

Enjoy your journey.
