1st Post Grad Run

Hadn't been able to go for a run since graduating on Monday. Today was finished work early so went and used the treadmill at the community centre.

I must say it went well.

Was a bit hot as no A.C. just windows open but was good. Didn't do the full 30 mins as was conscious of my time for school pick ups. But according to the treadmill I did 3.4 Miles including my warm up and down. Did AMP up the speed on the last 5 mins just to see if I could, boy was I a sweaty blob at the end of it......urghhhhh

Quite happy and hope have many more runs like this 😁😁😁
