Well I went out first thing this morning. I didn't have any breakfast just a cup of tea and a banana and the run itself was okay. Lots of runners and dogs out early which I dont normally see as I am usually a just before lunch runner but since I've ran I've had a banging headache? Is it just my fluid intake that I need to up on the early runs? I don't normally get headaches?

I would guess it’s the change in routine if you are used to eating a certain size of breakfast at a certain time. Could be dehydration too. Hope it soon passes.

Thanks! I don't really like to do the early ones but if I have to next week I will up the fluid ( might then need to stop for the loo!) 🚽🏃

Always go before you run. Sometimes I go before and after putting my trainers on 🤣

Good hydration is essential every single day... and that is the key:) Just upping it on run days won't do the trick :)

Very well done on the early run.. try to relax into these longer runs... land lightly and just take it steadily:)
