Well I went out first thing this morning. I didn't have any breakfast just a cup of tea and a banana and the run itself was okay. Lots of runners and dogs out early which I dont normally see as I am usually a just before lunch runner but since I've ran I've had a banging headache? Is it just my fluid intake that I need to up on the early runs? I don't normally get headaches?

I would guess it’s the change in routine if you are used to eating a certain size of breakfast at a certain time. Could be dehydration too. Hope it soon passes.

Always go before you run. Sometimes I go before and after putting my trainers on 🤣
Good hydration is essential every single day... and that is the key Just upping it on run days won't do the trick

Very well done on the early run.. try to relax into these longer runs... land lightly and just take it steadily
