Week 5 R3 - So proud and Thank you

Hi, I’ve been lurking for the last few weeks but have just completed 20 minutes of running. I never thought this was possible and am so incredibly proud of myself, a complete non-runner, not even at school! (I always skived cross country!) But I have to say a big Thank You to everyone in this forum, I absorbed the advice, “Slow and Steady” is my mantra and I know without the positivity and advice of this forum I would never have got here. Enjoy your day!

Well done on the milestone run, but be cautious about W6R1, it catches a lot of people out.
