Week 7 run 1 completed it was an early morning run today as off on holiday later today : trainers packed : let's see just how committed I am to achieving my goal & if I make time to run

Well you've packed the trainers - would be a shame to disappoint them 😄. Running on holiday is great. You don't have to do your next run 'on plan' you could just have a run, or two, in a new place for its own sake - give you a taste of running after graduation. You can pick up where you left off when you get back. That way both you and your trainers should be happy 😄

We are just back from France and ran three times a week, early morning. Running Tourism is a great way to stay motivated when away. Beautiful new areas to run, new sights to see and just the whole "difference". Asnelles, Honfleur and Le Treport made for great backdrops. So go, find a place to run and bask in the knowledge that there are lots missing out on this wonderful experience. Have a great time...
