"Well, Officer, I saw her leave the house at 5.40am. Thought it looked fishy. Then she only went and ran for 28 minutes!"

"Yes, thank you sir. Everything's under control now. It's a second offence. I've called it into the station as a W8R2 misdemeanour". Move along now, nothing to see here...."

wow just loved this run - as suggested on the podcast I upped my pace and upped it again for the last 5 mins - really really really enjoyed this run and have no idea how I have suddenly got here!

Fantastic! It's because you have followed the programme and you are a runner! I am also enjoying Week 8 after a bit of a slog in Week 7. πŸ˜€πŸ’ͺ

Thank you! Yes I feel so much better today - don't know where those glums came from. Hope you are also feeling less grumpy. Happy running. πŸ˜€ xx

I am glad. End of winter glums? We all need some sunshine now! I am less glum, thanks. Just a bit poorly - nothing a bit of rest and time will not sort out! Happy running to you too, Jo! xx

You're right - everyone I know is saying WHEN WILL SPRING COME??! Which doesn't help things on the glum front. But perhaps it is just round the corner. Hope you get better soon - make sure you get plenty of rest if possible. And then you will come back to the running all refreshed! Take care xxπŸ‘
