Just completed W6R3 a day later than scheduled due to the storm yesterday. Wasn't feeling confident setting out as still a bit windy out there this morning but once I got into the zone I was fine, I even increased my pace for the last 60s like Michael J suggested, woop woop and he said I'm officially a runner (I know he says it to everyone but still put a smile on my face lol) good luck to all my fellow runners also doing this run today, you'll all smash it x

No need to be scared, just take your time and you'll be fine

Yay! Well done - I did mine this morning too. Such a great feeling! I was quite worried about this one and didn’t sleep too well but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be - week 7 here we come! 🏃‍♀️ 😃 😊

Well done, I think we all underestimate what we are capable of. Bring on week 7 🏃

Michael J doesn’t call everyone a runner. Only those who get this far in the programme!

Well done. You can now be confident that you can run W7 and you won’t ever have to face a 20% jump in running time again. The little extra bits for W8 and W9 are nothing in comparison.
