I’m scheduled to do the same run tomorrow. It is a bit of a worry but I’m thinking that we should be prepared for it as the programme has got me this far! I’m sure you will be fine - I’m planning on taking it slow and steady and trying not to think too much about it! Good luck - 🍀 and happy running 🏃♀️
Just go a little bit slower than you have been and you will sail through, it’s all about the time , not the speed, you can and will do it!

I will be doing the same run Friday morning. Part of me is looking forward to it (or rather looking forward to finishing it) and part of me is worried! I’m going with the fact that I managed run 3 last week so I CAN do this. Good luck, I’m sure you will manage it too!
I just done W8 R2 28 min some would have said to me you can run for 28 min none stop 8 weeks ago I would say they are mad but I have done it!! I am 54, starting Weight was 18stone 10, now 17 stone 9, you can do it, nice and slow good luck.

I did this Thursday, it was hard, not gonna lie, but stick to it. If you can break it down . I got to 12.5 minutes and in my head thought 7.5 minutes, then just 5 minutes at the end. Last 5 minutes gritted my teeth and dug in. Then I collapsed. 😂
Yay I did it! Very slowly but did not stop. Even got a little faster for last 30 seconds 😉
