Here I am again doing the c25k for the 3rd time!

I did graduate last time in November but ill health got me again. After a year and a half of being ill and a change of doctors surgery I do seem to be on the mend. So here I am again!

Im doing c25k in conjunction with NHS 12 week weight loss program and the strength and flexibility program and finding it all ok so far 😁

Some odd looks from the neighbours when I’m doing the flexibility podcast in the conservatory but I can cope with that.

Im enjoying reading everyone’s stories again and it’s so nice to have this forum 😁😁

I just need to find a park run to keep me going after I graduate but none nearby unfortunately, but I’ll cross that hurdle when I’m a bit nearer.
