Runner!

Hi, I’ve just completed W6R3 and Laura told me I am now a runner!! Wow - I didn’t think I would ever run for 25 minutes. Looking forward to the next runs ... and getting to 30 minutes running. I’m 55 and have never run before and managed to get to a 7 minute per kilometre pace. Loving the advice & support on this forum - thanks guys.

Well done, that’s my next step tomorrow! I really struggled yesterday with 10mins but I think it was the heat! 25 mins is an amazing achievement and a fantastic pace! You’re definitely a runner now!

Thanks - and good luck for tomorrow. I run quite early in the morning because I definitely don’t like running in the heat.

Congratulations! Indeed you are a runner. Just take it easy and don’t try to rush through the rest of the program. You’re nearly there now and there’s nothing to stop you achieving it.
