About a year ago i over stretched on the treadmill. I got very sharp pain inside top leg into groin. I recovered and continued. Later I noticed weakness an ability to apply any sought of pressure with my feet mainly right one eg push a door open.

I just got on as best I could. Foing s bit of running but not much. Eventually i gave up. By august i had bought a support ehich i wore every day. I went to the gp a few months ago but feel thst the locstion of the injury seems to be a problem. I sm not starting to think its my pelvic floor muscle.

Sorry for such a long post. Anyone experiance similar?

🤔 overstetched whilst running? Sounds more like hip adductor. (The inner thigh to groin connection) I'd be talking to a sports therapist. There are stretches and exercises you can do to help with that if it is. I certainly pulled mine early on over-exerting but it soon got better with care.

Course I'm not a doctor. Just an idea!
