Just done week3 run1.. was apprehensive with the 3 min runs thrown it, but surprisingly enjoyed it!👍🏼. Even with a torrential rain and then hailstones.

You really enjoy running in a thunderstorm with heavy rain and hail, wow, you are brave, not very pleasant but you enjoyed it, that's the main thing, well done. I have been lucky with all my runs on C25K, no rain, just a little light drizzle on the final run of W7R3, the only annoying thing about that it misted up my specks, it was better running without them as I could see better.

Ive just completed W3. I’ve not run in rain yet but if it feels as good as a cold wind I can imagine it’s great.
