Oh dear, run today was harder - the tide was higher than it has been which meant running in softer sand higher up the beach. I took Oldfloss ‘ advice and took it nice and slow!! It is enjoyable though, running on the beach 🏖 but heed the advice from Oldfloss and take it easy!!

2-week vacation in Portugal 🇵🇹. The weather has been dreadful but hopefully improving for our last week. ☀️☀️😀🏃‍♂️
