Tried C25K last autumn but had to give up as I was in so much pain (hips and knees) Not one to give up I’m trying again and glad to say it’s going really well 👍🏻😀 (W3R3 in the bag today) I think I tried too early in my weight loss journey and I found the failure disheartening. My best advice would be don’t rush wait until your body is ready. For context my bmi was 34.7 when I last tried it’s now 26.2 I have done LOTS of walking in those intervening months #babysteps #giantleaps
