Ran the wrong run

I can't believe it. Somehow I managed to run week 6 run 2 instead of run 1. Now feel I have to run them both to get back on track. Advice please. Shall I just carry on? I hate to mess up the programme and guessing run 1 was a key training session to get to run 3! So annoyed with myself. What a donut!

Don't worry about that too much I ran 27 minutes instead of 25 on one of the Week 6 runs, just go back to the schedule and you will be OK.

If you completed w6r2,OK I'd just do w6r1 (it's a "right of passage" run like w5r3 😄) and then go on to run 3. It happens to lots of us, new tangled technology is to blame obviously 😚.

I was so focused on sorting my podcast I just hit the wrong button 🙄 thanks for the advice will do week 1 on Tuesday

Those runs are definitely setting you up for R3 but don’t worry. I would go with the rest of the advice and do run 1 and then run 3 😀
