Week 1 completed!

Just completed week one and feeling proud of myself! Felt great after the first two runs, but found today much harder as it was on my way home from work so a bit tired and also more self conscious running through busier areas for parts of the way. Still, I am so happy that I didn't give up and although I was more tired, I was less out of breath than the other two runs. A bit nervous about week two but determined to keep going.

Well done. Remember each week gets you ready for the next. Enjoy week 2.

I think we all felt a bit nervous at the start of another week - but don't be. Each week prepares you for the next, you will be just fine. Kick those butterflies out, remember just take each run at a time, don't stress about the next one. Slow and steady is the name of the game. Oh and keep well hydrated, you can do it 😍

Well done 👍 sticking with it is hard especially after work but I have found that if I do it not only do I feel great I have more energy 🤔 so good luck with week 2 🤓
