First 30 minute run.

Never thought I would ever be able to do this! Hubby treated me to some new trainers and the run was much more comfortable. I may have looked like a tomato and was sweating buckets by the time I finished but I managed 4.2k in 30 minutes. Not bad for an old bird. Two more runs before I graduate and then I'm doing a 5k colour run next Saturday. 😊
