This will be my graduation run. I entered thinking I would finish the programme a couple of weeks before but due to injury my plans have been put back. All being well though I should now complete C25K the week before this run, so this is what I’m aiming for 😊. It’s W4 R2 for me tomorrow. Loved run 1 yesterday and found it sooo comfortable I could’ve kept going but I was a good girl and listened to Laura!

Yes I am! All being well I should have graduated the week before so will have a week to do some consolidation runs beforehand. 
Oh yay!! 😊 I won’t have time for any consolidation runs but hoping I’ll get round the course lol!
