I have completed two parkruns before, doing a mixture of running and walking. Having graduated last Tuesday (😁), I did a consolidation run on Thursday. I went to parkrun today and ran the whole thing in 38 min! 😁😁😂😂 I would never have been able to do that without this program. I remember getting stressed about running 3 minutes and getting great support on here, so thank you everyone 😁.
