Yes it’s not as hard as you think it’s going to be because the programme has you ready for it: that’s been my experience with every step up so far. For example, week 3 only requires the same amount of running as week 1: what is different is you do less walking in between. The whole thing is really carefully put together so that each week is a challenge, yes, but an achievable one. I’ve been really impressed with how it’s all set up.
